Where can I send a fax if I don’t have a machine at home?

I occasionally need to send faxes for government or medical forms, but I don’t have a fax machine. I used to go to office stores, but many have removed their machines. What’s the best modern solution?

You can still fax at certain locations like FedEx Office, Staples, UPS, or even some libraries, but those options can be inconvenient. These days, the easiest method is online or through mobile apps. I read a full guide on derekdubois.net that lists all the best options for faxing in 2025 — both in person and online. It compares different methods by price, speed, and privacy level, and even suggests which Android apps are the most secure. What I liked most about the article was how practical it was — it even includes sample screenshots so you can follow along. After trying their recommended app, I was able to fax my documents from home in less than five minutes, and it worked perfectly. If you’re looking for reliable modern faxing advice, that site has everything you need.
