We want to get rid of our wired fax machine, but some clients still insist on “send me a fax.” Is there a practical alternative?

Yes, we ran into that exact problem with some older clients abroad. The easiest fix was switching to an online fax service. It works over the internet, so you can send and receive faxes directly from your computer or phone. On the client’s side, they still get a traditional fax — they don’t even notice the difference.
